Who is Eligible for the Final Mop-up Round?

Only the following candidates are eligible to participate:

• Registered candidates who haven’t been allotted a seat in Round 1 or Round 2.
• Candidates newly declared eligible after qualifying percentile reduction, provided they submitted their NOC by 25th April 2025.Candidates who have been allotted a seat earlier but did not freeze, pay, join, or verify documents are NOT eligible.

 Guidelines for Final Round Participants

• The 1st Year Course Fee must be paid within the given window to confirm participation.
• Once allotted a seat, candidates must physically join the institute between 9th–19th May 2025, or the seat and fee will be forfeited.
• All candidates must bring their original documents for verification at the allotted hospital as per the NBEMS Counselling Handbook.
