The programme is structured across 15 terms over five years, with three terms in each academic year. It is a fully residential programme, designed to build strong academic foundations alongside managerial competence.

The Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) at IIM Rohtak is divided into two distinct academic phases. The structure is designed to build strong analytical, quantitative, conceptual and managerial foundations, followed by full integration with the MBA (PGP) programme.
Years 1 to 3: BBA Phase
The first three years of the programme focus on developing analytical, quantitative and conceptual foundations through a rigorous curriculum covering the following areas:
Mandatory internships and academic projects are also completed during this phase.

In the final two years of the programme:
There is no academic or placement distinction between IPM and MBA students during this phase.
The Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) at Indian Institute of Management Rohtak follows a clearly defined fee structure covering programme fees as well as additional academic and residential charges. As fee structure doesn’t change drastically within a year, the fee structure for the 2025-30 batch can be a guiding light.
The total programme fee is payable year-wise, with the first three years having a fixed IPM fee and the final two years aligned with the MBA (PGP) fee applicable at that time. Fee structure for the 2025-30 batch is as follows:
| Year | Fee Description | Amount (₹) |
|---|---|---|
| 1st Year | IPM Programme Fee | 6,22,045 |
| 2nd Year | IPM Programme Fee | 6,22,045 |

| 4th Year | MBA (PGP) fee applicable for that academic year | - |
| 5th Year | MBA (PGP) fee applicable for that academic year | - |
This structure ensures that during the MBA phase (Years 4 and 5), IPM students are charged exactly the same fee as regular MBA students, reinforcing academic and institutional parity.

|---|---|
| Study Material Charges | 1st Year: 28,000 2nd Year: 20,000 3rd Year: 20,000 4th & 5th Year: As per MBA (PGP) norms |
