Our franchisees and partner associates can make online payments for various services offered by BODMAS Education Services Pvt. Ltd. through our website and mobile application (BODMAS Education).
These payment terms govern all transactions made through our platform and outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of all parties involved.
Liability and Payment Processing
BODMAS Education Services Pvt. Ltd. assumes no responsibility and shall incur no liability if it is unable to affect any payment instruction(s) on the payment date owing to any one or more of the following circumstances:
โ ๏ธ Incomplete Instructions
If the payment instruction(s) issued by you is/are incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, and delayed
๐ณ Insufficient Funds
If the payment account has insufficient funds/limits to cover the amount as mentioned in the payment instruction(s)
๐ Encumbrance
If the funds available in the payment account are under any encumbrance or charge
๐ฆ Bank Issues
If your bank or the National Clearing Centre refuses or delays honouring the payment instruction(s)
๐งพ Biller Issues
If payment is not processed by the biller upon receipt
๐ช๏ธ Force Majeure
Circumstances beyond control including fire, flood, natural disasters, bank strikes, power failure, systems failure
๐ Important: In case the bill payment is not affected for any reason, you will be informed about the failed payment on the payment page itself.
Refund Policy
Application Fee Refund Eligibility
One will be eligible for a refund on application fees if:
โ Student Ineligibility
The student is not eligible for the desired University
โ Program Closed
The program is closed for the intake the application is being made for
๐ฐ Refund Process: In such cases, the amount will be refunded back to the same account/card from where the transaction had been initiated after the deduction of any charges incurred for such transactions. The refund will be credited to your account within 10 working days of the request.
Non-Refundable Services
๐ซ IMPORTANT : Counseling and Guidance Fee are NON-REFUNDABLE in any circumstances.
As a paid counseling guidance service, BODMAS EDUCATION only accepts applications with strong chances of success. We recommend only colleges where admission is possible based on the applicant's profile.
No Cancellation Policy
โ ๏ธ CRITICAL NOTICE : It is crucial to know that there is NO CANCELLATION PROCEDURE in effect after a candidate accepts an offer of our paid counseling guidance service.
This decision is irrevocable and cannot be reversed.
We strongly advise all applicants to thoroughly evaluate their alternatives before accepting any service offer. Please carefully review all terms and conditions, service details, and your eligibility before making any payment. Once you proceed with our paid counseling services, the commitment is final and binding.
