Eligibility Criteria for MBBS Admission

•    Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 17 years old as of December 31st in the admission year.

•    Academic Qualification: Completion of 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects.

•    Minimum Required Marks:

o    General Category: 50% aggregate in PCB.

o    SC/ST/OBC Category: 40% aggregate in PCB.

o    PWD Category: 45% aggregate in PCB.

•    NEET-UG Qualification: Mandatory for all candidates.

o    Non-refundable Registration Fee: 2000

o    Refundable Security Deposit: ₹2,00,000 (for Deemed Medical Colleges)

3.    Choice Filling & Locking

o    Candidates must select their preferred colleges.

o    Lock the choices before the deadline.

4.    Seat Allotment Result

o    MCC releases the seat allotment result based on NEET rank, category, and choice preferences.

5.    Reporting to the Allotted College

o    Candidates allotted a seat must report to GITAM Institute of Medical Sciences within the specified timeframe.

o    Submit original documents and complete fee payment.
