Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU) has released the UG counselling schedule for the academic session 2025–26. The counselling will be held for admissions into various undergraduate programs including B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, BBA, BCA, BHMCT, and B.Sc. HMCT based on HPCET 2025 and JEE Main 2025. All candidates who appeared in HPCET 2025 or applied through JEE Main 2025 are requested to check the complete counselling schedule which is available on the official website himtu.ac.in.

Please Note: Students must visit the allotted institute before the expiry date for admission confirmation. Otherwise, the seat will automatically be cancelled.
How to Download Counselling Schedule
1. Go the official website himtu.ac.in
2. Click on the link "Centralized Counselling Schedule for Various UG Courses 2025–2026"
3. A counselling schedule PDF will automatically be downloaded
4. You can review the schedule and save it for later.
How to Register for HPTU UG Counselling 2025
1. Go to the website himtu.ac.in
2. Click on "Click Here to Fill/Edit the Counselling Form"
3. Login using your user ID and password
4. Provided you are a new user, you must register first
5. Choose the course and institute of your choice
6. Submit the form and wait for seat allotment
Additional Details
• The selection of current B.Tech seats will be based on the applicant's HPCET 2025 score and JEE Main 2025 rank.
• The counselling schedule for all rounds including Round 2 and Round 3 will be published on the university website.
• All important announcements about seat allocation, payment of fees, and documents verification will be communicated in future notification rounds.

All candidates should remember to register, upload documents, and report in person to the allotted institution on time.
