JoSAA Counselling 2025 Round 4 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for JoSAA Counselling 2025: Round 4, candidates must meet the following conditions:

    For IITs: Candidates must have qualified JEE Advanced 2025.

    For NITs, IIITs, GFTIs: Candidates should have cleared JEE Main 2025.

    Must have completed registration and choice filling in JoSAA 2025 portal.

    Must not have exited or withdrawn from the seat allocation process in previous rounds.

    All category certificates and eligibility documents must be valid and verifiable.

Only candidates who remain active in the JoSAA process after Round 3 will be considered for Round 4 seat allotment.

Admission Process After JoSAA Round 4 Seat Allotment

Once a seat is allotted in Round 4, the following steps are required:

1.    Online Reporting: Log in to josaa.nic.in and pay the seat acceptance fee.

2.    Upload Documents: Submit required academic and identity documents for verification.

3.    Respond to Queries: If any discrepancies are found, respond to the query by 10 July 2025.

4.    Freeze, Float, or Slide Option: Choose your preference for seat retention or upgrade.

5.    Withdrawal Option: If not satisfied, candidates can choose to exit between 7–9 July.

6.    Confirmation: Once everything is complete, the seat is provisionally confirmed.
